The agreement

These terms of sale apply to all sales of goods (products) from www.littleclimby.com to consumers. The terms of sale, together with your order, confirmed by an order confirmation, constitute the entire contractual basis for the purchase. In order to shop at www.littleclimby.com, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Buyer is: the person stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as "you", "you", "your" or "yours".

PRODUCT INFORMATION

At littleclimby.com, all prices for our products are stated in NOK. At the last checkout before payment, the total cost appears, which then includes all expenses and shipping costs. We use the most well-known payment solutions.

ORDERING AND AGREEMENT PROCESS.

 Your order is binding when the order is registered on our server (computer). We are also bound by your order if it does not deviate from what is offered by us in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. You still have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the law on the right of withdrawal, see below. When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation. Read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it, and check whether the order confirmation is in accordance with the order. Deviations between your order and the order confirmation are considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or decline. You still have the right to enforce your original order as long as it is in accordance with what we have offered. 

 

INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE ONLINE STORE /SOLD OUT ITEMS

We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right to make typographical/printing errors, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to the information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. Offers are valid while stocks last or within the specified offer period. We also reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if the product is out of stock. In the event of an out of stock situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the option to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order, or cancel the order. We also reserve the right to cancel orders intended for resale. We also reserve the right to change the delivery method for orders if necessary.

This means that information related to your order will be shared with the selected supplier. 

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices include VAT.

The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before ordering and will include all expenses associated with the purchase such as postage, shipping, packaging, etc. Information about the total costs the buyer will pay will be displayed in the shopping cart before ordering is completed . We reserve the right to change prices on products that are in promotions, etc. Any price changes that occur after the time of ordering that are not due to an error (see below) will not have retroactive effect.

If there have been significant typing or printing errors on Little Climby's part, in advertisements etc. and/or in the online store that are greater than 15% of the normal retail price, Little Climby may unilaterally change, delete or reject the order. This applies even if the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.

Shipping costs are added at checkout. 

PAYMENT BY CARD/INVOICE

We offer several different payment solutions for our customers. Now in the startup phase you can choose to pay by card, vipps. Klarna is coming.

To make online shopping even more secure, card companies have created the solutions Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode. You pay with your card in the same way as today, but if your bank uses these solutions, you will be notified We offer several different payment solutions for our customers. to enter your password and one-time code to complete the payment. (bankid) The page where you enter your password usually has the logo of your bank. This communication goes through your bank, and the online store cannot see the password or code you enter.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When Little Climby has received the buyer's order, we automatically send an order confirmation to the buyer by e-mail. It is recommended that the buyer check that the order confirmation matches the order with regard to quantity, type of item, price, etc. If there is a discrepancy between the order and the order confirmation, please contact [email protected] immediately. If you have not received an order confirmation, check if the email may have ended up in your spam folder. If the order confirmation has not been received, please contact our customer service at [email protected]

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

All our products are shipped by Posten and Bring - Parcel in the mailbox (1-4 days). Part of the shipping costs will be charged to the customer (what appears at checkout) and we will cover the rest. 

The package will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If the package is too large for your mailbox, the package will be sent to the nearest post office. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, but depends on your address. Packages going to Northern Norway may take slightly longer. The package cannot be tracked.

If you order before 12:00, the order will be packed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, the package will be shipped the following business day. If you have chosen a delivery method other than “in the mailbox”, that delivery time will apply.

PRIVACY

Little Climby is responsible for the personal information you as a customer provide to us. This information is used to provide you with the best possible service and to provide you with great offers from us.

When you shop at www.littleclimby.com you will leave personal information such as name, address, email and phone number, this personal information is only used for shipping/shipping to people who shop in the online store. You can contact littleclimby.com at any time and have your user data completely deleted. We will never share your user data with other businesses or people. You can trust that your user data is safe with us.

COMPLAINT ON GOODS

At Little Climby we want you as a customer to be 100% satisfied. If you are unlucky and receive a defective or damaged product, or if the product does not meet your expectations, just contact us at [email protected] and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.

If a product is defective or missing, you can either demand a replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. The complaint period is normally 2 years after you received the product. If the product is intended to last significantly longer than 2 years, the complaint period is extended to 5 years. In order to be able to claim a defect, we must be notified within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. You have always complained in good time if this happens within 2 months of the defect being discovered or should have been discovered. The rules on complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act. 

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] . If you see obvious damage to the package upon delivery, please report it to Bring/Posten when you receive the shipment. Then contact our customer service. Provide your order number and attach a picture of the damage. If your complaint is approved, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the error, re-delivery, price reduction, compensation or cancellation of the purchase. The error must exist when you receive the product. 

If the shipment is damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible. In the event of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods. 

Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that has occurred during transport that does not impair the product's quality or uses, such as small dents or minor tears in packaging, is not considered a complaint, as this is something that can be expected to occur during transport.

Always keep the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

Please note that the warranty is void if the customer has caused damage to the product.

We are constantly working to ensure that the information about our products is up-to-date and correct. However, we reserve the right to make typographical/image and printing errors. If we have posted the wrong image or text on an item, we would appreciate it if you would contact us at [email protected]

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

When shopping with us at littleclimby.com, the consumer can withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the service provider has fulfilled its obligation to provide information in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act and the goods have been received. The period expires 12 months after the expiry of the original withdrawal period if information about the right of withdrawal has not been provided. The consumer must notify the service provider if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The period is considered to have been met if the notification is sent within the expiry of the period. There are no formal requirements for the notification, but this should be in writing for evidentiary reasons.

If the conditions for the right of withdrawal are met, the service provider is obliged to refund all actual costs charged to the consumer.

However, the consumer must bear return costs, unless the service provider has breached the agreement, or the service provider has delivered a replacement product in accordance with the agreement because the ordered product was not available.

The right of withdrawal requires that the goods are returned in the same condition as when received, i.e. in original and undamaged packaging and in unused condition. Cosmetics are to be considered hygiene products, ref. the Norwegian Cancellation Act §22 g), and such goods are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery. For goods that are not to be considered hygiene products, Little Climby will be able to claim compensation for the decrease in value if the consumer uses or examines the goods(s) in a way that goes beyond normal and necessary examination.

Refunds will be made within 20 days of receiving the returned item(s). For information on refunds and returns of items, see the section on right of withdrawal.

 In the event of any disputes, Little Climby follows the decisions of the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The return fee is NOK 79 and is covered by the customer. The fee for uncollected packages is NOK 99. If you regret a purchase within 14 days, follow these instructions:

  •  Contact our customer service by email or phone and provide your name, order number, which item you want to return and the reason for the return.
  • Once Little Climby has confirmed the return, we will send you a return label via email. 
  • Pack the return well so that the package arrives undamaged.
  • The return slip is simply pasted on the package and can be delivered to Posten.

We recommend that the package is sent with tracking in case something happens along the way. If the package is not trackable and has not arrived at the warehouse, we cannot approve the return.

 CONFLICT RESOLUTION

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Council is available by telephone at 23 40 05 00 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
